TERMS & CONDITIONS
RESERVATION
All bookings must be directly to Balivision.Com, or to office
address at Jalan Kesari no. 32 Sanur – Bali, phone
: (62-361) 289534 ext. 3, fax : (62-361) 270049 or 282601.
RATES/VALIDITY
All rates are quoted nett in US$ per person (for sight
seeing tours) or per room/night (for hotels/villas),
valid from April 01, 2005 – March 31, 2006, child
rates (2-10 years) for sight seeing tours 50% discount of
full rates and under 2 years is free of charge.
TRIPLE
OF ROOM
A triple room is a standard twin or double room plus an
extra (roll way) bed, in general only one extra bed is allowed
in each guest rooms.
DEPOSIT
It is customary for hotels to require 1 night deposit for
room booking or guaranteed by credit card or both 1 night
deposit and credit card guarantee. Deposits are non-refundable.
PAYMENT
Full payment must be settled prior to customer arrival by
credit card or by Bank transfer.
CANCELLATIONS
Deadline for cancellation without penalty will be specified
in the Reservation Form by e-mail.
If cancellations are made after deadline of cancellation,
the cancellation fee will be charged.
CHECK-OUT
TIME
12:00 hours, late check-out (up to 14:00 hours) can be negotiated.
Room use after 14:00 and before 18:00 will be charged an
additional 50%. Room use after 18:00 hours will be charged
a full night rate.
TRANSPORTATION
For land arrangements, based on air conditioned car/coach
for FIT on seat in coach basis and for GIT depends on number
of guests.
REFUND
No refund for unused services after tour commencement.
INSURANCE
Please have your own insurance.
LIABILITY
Balivision.Com act as intermediary operators and between
the concerned Airlines, Hotels, all Transport Operators
and other Contractors providing the services, and therefore
Balivision.Com is not responsible for any loss, injury,
or damage sustained by the tourist, incurred those accruing
outside the tour programs. Additional and unrest must be
borne by tourist. Programs and prices are based at the time
of dealing . Participation in our tours implies the tourist’s
agreements to the above. |
