| Prasi
"Prasi"
is an illustrated lontar and the drawings
are derived from shadow puppet plays (wayang).
Based on its stories, wayang drawings
on these lontars can be grouped into 4
kinds of stories, namely:
-
Kekawin,
Ramayana, Bharata Yudha, Bomakawya,
Arjunawiwaha, and others.
-
Kidung,
Jayendria, Dampati-Lelangon, Tantri,
Brama Pasangupati and others.
-
Parwa-parwa,
such as Adiparwa
-
Cerita
Tantri, telling the story of King
Asmaryada (pa) Ia's experiences with
Dyah Tantri. There are also many animal
fables.

Stories
from the wayang are adapted when inscribed
on lontar. Stories derived from "Kekawin"
take the classical from which in Nothern
Bali is called " wayang Purba"'
stories derived from "Kidung"
take the Wayang Panji form and stories
taken from Parwa use the Wayang Parba
form.
